Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. 

What do the shipping options at checkout offer?

Shipping + Insurance : Orders with this selected option will be covered for 60 days after the delivery date. 

Free Standard Shipping : Orders with this selected option will have free shipping.

Shipping Providers : 4PX, YunExpress, EMS, USPS.

USA and Canada: 5 - 15 business days 

Europe (UK/FR/DEU/ITL/SE/BE): 5 - 15 business days

Rest of Europe: 5 - 25 business days 

Oceania: 5 - 15 business days

Latin America: 5 - 15 business days

Other countries: 5 - 15 business days

 

Processing Times : Orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. Our fulfillment team does not work on holidays or weekends.

 

What happens during this processing time?

Merchandise ships from factories we partner with to our warehouse. After your merchandise arrives, they will be inspected. After inspection, they will be shipped out in an orderly fashion.

Larger orders may experience longer processing times due to numerous items coming from different factories, all items must arrive before your products get shipped out.

If your selected items in your order are out of stock, processing may take longer depending on how soon the product will be restocked. If an item in your order was out of stock and discontinued, we will contact you and have you select a free replacement!

  

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one, your order is still processing.

If the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us and we'll fix it!

I'm Not Getting Updates On My After-Ship App

If you aren't receiving updates, please allow more time for the information to be validated into the system.

If you still aren't receiving any updates, you may have the wrong shipping provider selected. Please try selecting E-Packet or 4PX.

If you received previous updates, please do not worry if you go a few days without updates. This is normal and will happen in some cases. Your package is still on the way to you!
