Refund Policy
Returns
Orders have up to 30 days after the delivery date to request a return. However, you will have to ship the item back to us before we can schedule an exchange. With insurance, you have up to 60 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at ShenHypeAssistance@Gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If you receive the wrong item or if it's damaged, you will be eligible for an exchange. The packaging and tags must be in the same condition that you received it. Unwrinkled and undamaged. If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please mention it in your inquiry.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If packages are lost due to the customer providing an invalid or incorrect address, they will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you've already placed an order and you changed your mind about what you would like to receive, you have up to 2 days after you purchase to request a change otherwise a change will not be accepted.
Refunds
You can receive an immediate refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
