Do you accept returns?
Of course! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If you receive the wrong item or if it's damaged, you will be eligible for an exchange. The packaging and tags must be in the same condition that you received it. Unwrinkled and undamaged. If the packaging is damaged on arrival, please mention it in your inquiry. How long is processing and shipping?
Our products ship from Shenzhen China. Delivery will roughly take 5-15 business days after shipment. Processing will take 2-10 business days after you place your order. The closer one is to China, the quicker the package will deliver. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
What happens during processing?
Merchandise ship from the factories we partner with to our warehouse. After the merchandise arrives, they will be inspected for any flaws or defects. After they pass inspection, they will then be shipped out to the customer. Larger orders may experience longer processing times than usual due to numerous items from different factories. All items must arrive before they get shipped out. In some cases, your order may be divided into multiple packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for every package. If you selected items that are out of stock, processing may take longer depending on how soon the product will be restocked. If an item in your order is out of stock currently, we will contact you to select a free replacement.
