Europe (UK/FR/DEU/ITL/SE/BE): 5 - 15 business days

Rest of Europe: 5 - 25 business days (May be delayed an extra week or two due to COVID-19 shipping delays)

Oceania: 5 - 15 business days

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. 

What do the shipping options at checkout offer?

Shipping + Insurance : Orders with this selected option will be covered for 30 days after the delivery date. Minor fading, damages due to the irresponsibility of the customer will not be eligible for an exchange. However, if the product somehow arrives damaged, falls apart due to poor quality, you will be eligible for a free exchange. Since insurance has been paid for, there will be no need to ship the product back to us. However, if the insurance option has not been selected, you will have to ship the item back to us before we can schedule an exchange and the shipping cost will not be covered. Orders without insurance only have 3 days to request an exchange.

Free Standard Shipping : Orders with this selected option will have free shipping.

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-10 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Throughout the duration Chinese New Year, order fulfillment will be paused. As a result, processing times during CNA will be extended. Customers that place orders during CNA will be compensated for the delay.

Please understand that up to a month after CNY, processing times are still effected due to the mass amount of orders we receive.

Our fulfillment team does not work on holidays or weekends.

 

What happens during this processing time?

Merchandise ships from factories we partner with to our warehouse. After your merchandise arrives, they will be inspected. After inspection, they will be shipped out in an orderly fashion.

Larger orders may experience longer processing times due to numerous items coming from different factories, all items must arrive before your products get shipped out.

If your selected items in your order are out of stock, processing may take longer depending on how soon the product will be restocked. If an item in your order was out of stock and discontinued, we will contact you and have you select a free replacement!

 

How can an item be out of stock after it's been purchased?

With this business, we do not source/hold our inventory. We partner with factories that withhold the inventory. News of items being restocked or out of stock doesn't reach us immediately. Stock count accuracy will potentially be delayed. If this is the case for you, we will notify you VIA email and have you select a free replacement!

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one, your order is still processing.

If the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us and we'll fix it!

I'm Not Getting Updates On My After-Ship App

If you aren't receiving updates, please allow more time for the information to be validated into the system.

If you still aren't receiving any updates, you may have the wrong shipping provider selected. Please try selecting E-Packet or 4PX.

If you received previous updates, please do not worry if you go a few days without updates. This is normal and will happen in some cases. Your package is still on the way to you!

 

Unexpected Delays

If your selected items in your order are out of stock, processing will take longer.

If your package has been sent back do to customs, your order will be shipped out again as soon as possible!

Please note that delivery with shoes can range from 20-30 business days after shipment. To minimize the chances of customs being an issue, the safest air lines will be used.

In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

If your package delivery has "failed", please do not worry. This simply means that your local post office has received your order but has failed to deliver the package. Probable causes could be but aren't limited to : Invalid addresses provided by the customer and the customer not being at the residence upon delivery. If your package has failed to deliver, please reach out to us and we will provide you with the information needed to get this resolved. Please understand that we are not responsible for any failed deliveries. Deliveries are carried out by your local post offices.

If your package has not been received by your local post office, you may qualify for a replacement. Please contact us if you require assistance!

COVID-19 Updates

We would like to express that the safety and health of our employees and customers is always our top priority.

Recently, we've received a massive influx of the COVID-19 here in Miami, Florida, and as a result had to shut down our main warehouse temporarily for health and safety reasons until further notice.

We currently have two warehouses. One in Miami (which is our main warehouse), and one in China. We've recently opened up our second warehouse in China as a result of the whole COVID-19 situation here in Miami. It is our main priority as a business to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and employees in the best way possible. We want to ensure that our employees can work very diligently to make sure all orders are produced and delivered on time without the worry of COVID-19.

Please note that we are currently seeing delays in our usual shipping times (up to 2 weeks extra delay), but rest assured that we are processing all orders as quickly as the limitations allows us to, and you will receive an order confirmation once your order has shipped as per usual.
